Thursday's Threads

My effort for Thursday's threads is getting weaker by the day. I really can't wait for warm weather and more fun outfits. But for now, we're surviving winter in more or less the same stuff. I forgot to snap photos of any of the horses today, so I'm going to piece their outfits together here from old photos. But I'll start with me!

Yep. Hoodies. Still. How many days till spring? Technically it's 17 days. But I don't think we'll have actual warm weather then. Maybe though?

Helmet: One K

Figured if I'm still wearing the same helmet, maybe I could supply with you a new angle.

Hoodie: Deco Pony
Deco Pony made these during the early days of the Pandemic and I just had to snag one. It's not to relevant now I guess, but I still like it.

Belt: Mane Jane
This is one of my older Mane Jane straps. It's patent navy croc on the other side. I paired it with the gunmetal buckle.

Breeches: Dover Wellesley
The trim on these is almost exactly the same shade as the hoodie. Can't get more matchy than that!

Boots: Tredstep
Still these. The holes are getting quite large, and the zippers don't stay up anymore. But I think they'll squeak through until the end of the season. Hopefully. Fingers crossed.

That's what I wore this week! The horses are still sporting their navy blue finest.

Bridle: Camelot RCS Gold
Browband: Boy O'Boy Bridleworks
Al is sporting the bridle in this older photo. He uses that other bit now. I need to update the stock photos!

Saddle: Butet
Pad: Premier Equine
Still a big fan of these pads! I want one more green one whenever they restock them.

Boots: Premier Equine
I still haven't washed the fuzzy ones. These are holding up great and doing the job just fine though!

And that's it for today. Hopefully it warms up soon and I can finally retire the winter boots. And maybe wear some fun ones again!

    1. Hahaha! Well, when it comes time that you need to add, definitely go with one of these! Or the Mattes, if you're feeling spendy.
