So... this one might surprise you. But I actually like tofu. Not so much as it's own entity, but it is an amazing vessel for delicious sauces. I feel the same way about broccoli. They both just absorb whatever tastiness they're cooked in.
Confession number two is that I've been playing the stupidest game on my phone and I can't stop. It's called Project Makeover. The point is to make over a character and their room, but in order to do that you have to play levels of a game that's similar to candy crush. Talk about a waste of my life and time... But it's very addictive.
That's all I have for you guys today. Kind of a boring week for confessions. Do you have anything you need to get off your back? Thoughts on tofu? Any life wasting games you like to play?
I like tofu too (soy doesn't like me, but I make an exception for tofu because I like it and don't like meat). Tofu in curry is fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a big curry fan, though I do make an exception for coconut curry. I had it the other day with peanut sauce and it was SO GOOD!
DeleteMmmm tofu. I love it too. A sesame sauce over tofu and steam broccoli is delicious! Specially when the tofu is done in the air fryer !
ReplyDeleteOHHHH! That sounds amazing.
DeleteI used to love a tofu dish at Pei Wei in Houston. YUM 12 years later I am still drooling. I have never made it myself though. Also I have seen an ad for that game LOL it does look tempting. I am onlike level 800 on Candy Crush saga friends. :) so you are not alone!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah no, I don't make it. I had some from the local Thai place delivered the other day and it was just so delicious.
DeleteAnd wow, that's a lot of levels! I feel better now!
My mouth says not all tofus are made equal, but I do ridiculously love broccoli.
ReplyDeleteThat is probably true. I've mostly only eaten it from Thai restaurants, and they've all been tasty. Same on the broccoli. It's so good. I even like it on pizza.
