Happy Outfit Day everyone! I have outfits, the horses have outfits... Let's just get to it! We'll start with last night's riding stuff.
Finally busted out some brown!
Helmet: One K
I haven't worn this one in awhile! I love the snakeskin in this color.
Top: Brand unknown
This is from one of those swag shops on Nantucket island... Do they even have brands? I dunno.
Belt: Mane Jane
I didn't have a light green belt strap to match this top, so decided to go with the gold/champagne one. I think it's working!
Breeches: B.Vertigo
I grabbed these awhile back on clearance, and they've become one of my favorite pairs of breeches. Especially for summer. They're super lightweight.
Boots: Horka
I'm still such a fan of these distressed brown boots. They're super comfy, and they're holding up well! Granted, I don't wear them all that much... but still. They're going strong!
And now on to the horses! We'll start with Pammon because I rode him first.
Bridle: QHP
Browband: Dark Jewel Designs
I've been waiting to bust out all my browbands until I had the ones I ordered for Shiny. Figured I'd do all the swaps at once, ya know? Shiny's arrived this weekend, and as you know, I did a tack over haul on Sunday. I had hoped the QHP bridles from Deco Pony would work with these browbands, and they totally do! Here's a close up of the browband. I think this bead strand MIGHT be my favorite:
Saddle: Hermes
Stirrups: MDC
Half Pad: Mattes
Baby Pad: Etsy- shop closed
Girth: Tough One
I forget who made the baby pad, but it's irrelevant because her shop is closed. Which is hugely disappointing because I think these were my favorite baby pads. They don't bunch up at all, and she would make anything you could imagine.
Boots: Punk Ponies
These are a touch small, but they're actually the ones I bought for Shiny... Obviously too big for her! I swear I have a horse size pair around somewhere, but I have to find them. They've recently revamped their sizing over at Punk Ponies though, and these boots no longer run super big. I need to pick up a pair for Shiny in the new sizing.
Shiny's turn!
Bridle: QHP
Browband: Dark Jewel Designs
Her bead strand is exactly the same as Pammon's. I really think it looks great on these green bridles! (And both horses too!)
Saddle: Butet
Saddle Pad: Premier Equine
Girth: I forget which brand this one is...
Her saddle pad set ups aren't all that exciting being that she only has three... I have a couple more coming, and will slowly add to her collection. The pads with the sheepskin attached underneath aren't cheap, so I can't just go crazy all at once!
Boots: Punk Ponies
These are the new sizing. A perfect fit for her little legs! And I mean, how adorable are shiny gold boots on a shiny gold pony?!
So that's what the horses and I wore last night! Now on to today's outfit.
I've apparently been on a fruit theme kick recently... Watermelons today!
Top: Gap
I think I got this at the end of last season at the Gap outlet near me? It still had the tags on it this morning...
Belt: C4
I mean.... It's adorable, isn't it?!
Jeans: True Religion
I had trouble deciding on pants for this outfit, and finally just decided to go with dark denim. Can't really go wrong there.
Shoes: Sperry
These are actually from the kid's department. I think they're kind of subtle, with just the heel decorated.
Accessories:
Purse: Nila Anthony
I think this brand is no more which is too bad. They made cute bags. I love this watermelon clutch, partly because it's adorable, but also because it has the smoothest working zipper. You know what I mean don't you? There's nothing worse than a zipper that catches.
Arm Party!
Lefty:
Lefty is donning this really pretty bracelet from Nicole's Creations. It's not watermelon related, but the colors worked. And it's one of my top ten favorites that Nicole has made for me.
Righty:
Righty is wearing that cute little chain bracelet with the watermelon charm. I got it from Zulily I think, but not sure of the brand. The other three string bracelets all come from Pura Vida. And lastly you'll see my fitbit in the rubber band.
That's it for today! Do you have any favorites? What are you wearing today?

Thursday's Threads
Outfit Day! I have a riding outfit and a work outfit, and Shiny wanted to share some of her outfit too. So we'll start with horse stuff cause that's the most fun.
I'll let Shiny go first. I didn't get a head shot so we'll cover her bridle another time. But here's her saddle set up:
The new saddle fits her very well, but not PERFECTLY. So I wanted to try a pad with sheepskin that's actually against the horse (rather than a half pad on top of something else). These pads from Premier Equine are exactly what I was looking for, and the colors are pretty fun. Mattes makes custom ones so if I decide this is perfect for us, I may splurge for one in our colors. For now, this one seems to be doing the job nicely.
Whilst picking out my saddle pad, I found myself meandering through the clearance section as one does... and these ADORABLE little jumping boots were in there. They match the pad perfectly so I grabbed them. They're so freaking cute! Everything seems to be cuter when it's pony sized.
And now it's my turn!
I'm pretty excited about finally wearing short sleeves again. My farmers tan is coming along quite nicely.
Helmet: One K
This is the wide brim with the rose gold. But a really awful photo. Sorry about that!
Shirt: Equine and Design
The front of the tee says #manegrabber which I am 100%. Not sure about something, just hang on! Hahaha! I had to get one when I saw it.
Belt: Mane Jane
I used the light pink strap with the rose gold buckle. It was the perfect match!
Breeches: Tredstep
I've had these breeches quite awhlie. They're one of my favorites because they're a little big, and thus always comfy. It's hard to see in the photo, but the stitching is actually light pink.
Boots: Celeris
You guys. I love these boots. They're ALMOST fully broken in. I used the gel sleeves this ride to protect my poor ankle bones and wow did those help! The right boot still needs a few more rides to get perfect, but the left one is already very comfortable. I have to say, the quality on the Celeris is top. Everything they say about themselves seems to be true so far. We'll see how they hold up after lots of wearing, but so far so good.
So that's what we rode in last night, and here's what I'm wearing at work today:
I was going to wear some off white jeans, but I changed my mind when I saw it might be a bit rainy early on. Still cute with blue jeans, but I think white jeans will make this outfit really summery.
Top: Adrianna Papell
I love the nautical feel to this top, and the little twist at the bottom is cute. I was worried it might make me look preggo, but it doesn't thankfully.
Belt: Mane Jane
Navy and gold for this outfit!
Jeans: Lucky Brand
I really loved the deconstructed hem trend going on right now. It gives kind of a relaxed, summery vibe without being too sloppy looking. I'm not a huge fan of the torn jean look for work, but I think this is pretty acceptable.
Sandals: Marbella
I snagged these SUPER CHEAPLY at the end of last year, but never got around to wearing them. They're so cute! And comfy too.
Arm Party!
Lefty:
Lefty is all sorts of fancy today with this cute vintage bangle. I love finding these on ebay. Most of them are from the '70's and I think they're super cute and fun.
Righty:
Righty is decidedly more casual. First up is my fitbit and the gorgeous macrame bracelet with the cute anchor is from Nicole's Creations. I think this is one of my most favorites from her. It gets a lot of wear in the summer months.
And that's it for today! Any favorites? What are you wearing? Is it finally short sleeve weather where you are?

Thursday's Threads: Shark Week Edition
Happy Outfit Day! I'll admit I'm kind of a fraud with this whole Shark Week theme. I haven't actually watched a second of it on TV. But I'm always in favor of a good theme, so let's just roll with that shall we?
If you've been around awhile, you may realize that this outfit is a repeat. But I do have a new accessory, so all is not lost.
Hee hee...
Dress: Peach Love
I seriously love this dress. I will wear it for every shark week until I can't fit into it anymore or it falls apart. So... expect repeats. That up there is still my horse necklace, but expect something more sharky next year.
Shoes: T.U.K.
It would be silly to wear a shark dress without shark shoes, don't you think? I nearly got a new pair of shark shoes this year, but decided these were way cuter. And how many pairs of shark shoes does one need? (This logic does not apply to lobster nor unicorn shoes however.)
Purse: Sleepyville Critters
I think the bloody hand fob really makes this purse... It's not attached to the purse itself, just is on a little key chain hanger. I think it's pretty hilarious. A little much maybe... but hilarious.
Arm Party!
Lefty:
I don't have any shark bracelets currently (stay tuned for next year though!) so I went with an ocean theme for the arm party. This one here is a cute wrap bracelet with an anchor clasp from Pura Vida.
Righty:
Righty is wearing this ADORABLE anchor bracelet from Nicole's Creations. She makes them all herself, and this one is definitely one of my favorites from her. It's perfect with the shark theme too.
Unfortunately, that's it for today. I really need to get back on a horse soon, partially for my own sanity, but also so I have a riding outfit to share! Speaking of riding outfits, my pink helmet and pink glitter topped boots have both arrived from Europe and I can't wait to get to wear them! It will probably be awhile, since I don't really think I should break in boots when I haven't ridding in weeks... but be prepared to see those hopefully soon! There is so much sparkle. And it's amazing.
Any favorites from today? Do you watch Shark Week? Anything else you want to talk about?

Thursday's Threads
Outfit Day! Sorry I skipped Thursday's Threads last week, but I was working from home and practically in my jammies. But I'm back with a work outfit this week! Might be awhile before I have a riding outfit to share again unfortunately.
It's another cool and rainy day here in CT. We're hoping to hit 60. Ugh. I need some sunshine in my life! And my horses would really like to not have to wear sheets again. On the bright side, when it's cool out, Jamp's ice boots stay cold longer. So there's that I guess.
Sweater: Ralph Lauren
This sweater is perfect on these weird in between season type days. It's cotton, so it's lightweight, but still warm enough. I think the pink cord on the hood is really fun too.
Belt: Mane Jane
Nothing new here, but you all know by now how much I love my Mane Jane's!
Jeans: KUT from the Kloth
Over the weekend I brought my sweaters back upstairs for the season, and brought down my spring and summer clothes. So the frayed hem jeans are back in rotation!
Shoes: Aeropostale
I figured my kind of drab outfit needed a little sparkle so I grabbed these slip on sneakers. I like how the glitter has an ombre effect to it.
Arm Party!
Lefty:
Lefty is donning one of these vintage bracelets I love so much, along with my trusty apple watch.
Righty:
Righty decided to coordinate with the hood strings on my sweater. First is probably my most favorite bracelet I've gotten from Nicole's Creations. I love the beads and the fun spring colors! And the other is a bangle that I think came from Express several years ago.
And that's it for today! Maybe one of these days I'll get back to running and have a running outfit to share. I really need to do SOMETHING since I'm not riding. The handwalking is something I guess, but I really think I need a little more cardio in my life. Not want mind you. But need.
How's the weather by you? Have any fun new clothes in your life? Or a new favorite riding outfit?
