This is like a good news/bad news kind of confession. I have discovered a used saddle that should fit Shiny beautifully and is my favorite brand. It's actually a decent price too! So what's my confession? I can't figure out how to make it happen. Because even though it's a decent price, I don't have the cash. I have a wedding to attend this weekend which means hotel $$, gift $$, gas for the car $$, pay the horse sitter $$. Plus you know the usual stuff- gotta service the furnaces on the property $$$, truck still needs an oil change $$, blah blah blah. Adulting is dumb.
I may suck up my pride and ask my dad to finance it for me. I'd rather pay him back than some crazy interest rate on a credit card. I've been hunting for the last six months for a saddle with the specs I need, so I'd hate to miss out on this one. We have family dinner tomorrow night, so we'll see if my big girl panties are big enough to ask for that... Wish me luck!
