Heehee... This is a funny one. I dunno about you guys, but I have a million and one things on my mind between prepping for all the holidays, taking care of the horses/barn, and getting ready for vacation. I have a list of lists to keep me organized and on schedule. But you know what happens when you have all these things on your plate? Something is bound to get missed.
So what did I miss you ask? This:
Do you see it? I rode Eros Sunday and didn't realize until I got off that I hadn't buckled his nose band. Not that you really need a noseband to ride. But I do wonder if it was flapping around at his face the whole ride. Poor dude!
Hopefully this is the only thing I've forgotten. So far it is, but I suppose time will tell.
I totally forgot to do up my curb chain when I rode on Saturday. I got on and started walking around and could hear metal clinking. Took me longer than I care to admit to figure out what it was, and then had to ask my trainer to do it up for me.
