Thursdays Threads

Outfit Day! I even have a riding outfit since I got to sit on my pony Saturday. Don't get used to it though. The high here this Saturday is 25. Yes, you're reading that correctly. 25. Somebody shoot me.
Anyway, let's see what I'm wearing today!
I get really fancy for my job. Lol.

Top: Listicle
I ordered this from the Zulily blowout sale a few weeks ago. I can't decide if I love it, or if it's really weird. Either way, I do actually like it. But maybe mostly because it's green?

Jeans: Wallflower
This brand is a relatively recent discovery for me. I really like them. They are stretchy, but still like a real jean material, not thin like a jegging. I'll keep my eye out for them in the future.

Belt: Mane Jane
My new Mane Jane belt arrived!!! I LOVE it. I do wish it was a little more hunter green rather than olive, but regardless, it's gorgeous. The flip side is a beautiful purple crocodile. I'm sure you'll see it soon!

Shoes: Lucky Brand
You've seen these before. I got them I think two years ago? I almost didn't, but I'm so glad I changed my mind. I wear them all the time. They go perfectly with my new belt!

Arm party!
Lefty:
Nothing new here. That's my vintage Gucci bracelet that I love more than some people. And I'm sure you're tired of seeing my apple watch by now.

Righty:
Righty is wearing one of the horse clasp bracelets I made, along with another Stacie original: the green and tan wrap bracelet. Last is a friendship bracelet from Saachi.

And now... For my riding outfit:
I was a little monochromatic apparently. I had a green jacket on earlier in the day to break up all the neutrals. But it got warm.

Helmet: Charles Owen
I'm still very much enamored with my custom helmet. While my Samshield wins for comfort, Charlie here wins for color scheme.

Shirt: Ariat
I was lucky enough to find this marino wool quarter zip at the end of last season for dirt cheap. It looks great layered with the Ariat sweaters, or on its own.

Breeches: Horsewares
I LOVE these corduroy breeches. I found them on clearance for $40 and have zero regrets. I recently saw them in chocolate brown, but they were more money. So I practiced some self restraint and have not yet added them to the wardrobe.

Belt: Sorry guys, I forget what brand this is....
It's definitely a horse brand... I think it might be Tredstep. But I'm not sure. Either way, it's really nice. It's a dark chocolate color with a strip of green leather that runs all the way around. It holds the bit charms that are spaced around the belt. Very cute.

Boots: Horka
My trusty Tuffrider Regals are in the shop. At my last lesson, I somehow managed to pull the part that holds the zipper up right off the boot! Oops. The zipper definitely doesn't stay on its own. These are my next most broken-in pair of boots, so I decided to wear them for my maiden ride after the winter. It was a good choice. Plus they match my outfit!

Jamp's outfit:
Jampy wore his EC Equestrian custom baby pad, a Horze half pad in brown, and some open front Heidi boots (cause mud). I carried my glitter bat.

And that's what I've been wearing this week! What do you have on? Any favorites from today?

Also love the brown boots. Need a pair badly.

    1. Thanks! I think I love it?
You definitely need brown boots. I have these and a pair from Tuffrider, but I like these better. They broke in faster and are ridiculously comfortable. They have them at the connected rider.
