This is the second year I participated in the Blogger Gift Exchange hosted by Tracy at Fly on Over Eq. My gift came from Britt at House on a Hill.
Britt sent me a great smelling mason jar candle, a giant chocolate coin, and Mrs Pastures for the boys. I'm not sure if she knows how perfect that chocolate coin is for me! It's a Chanukah tradition to give chocolate gelt (chocolate money). Getting a giant one that came all the way from England was awesome! And also delicious. Yep, stuffed it down in one sitting. Moo. The boys loved the Mrs Pasture's too, can't go wrong there!
Thank you Britt, we loved our treats!
My giftee was Aimee from I am the Sprinkler Bandit. I found a great coupon code for a custom slider bead and decided a personalized bracelet would be the perfect gift. Aimee mentioned she liked blue so I chose that for the bracelet color. I went Instagram stalking and found an adorable photo of Aimee and Courage that I stole without permission cause surprises ya know? And I had that put on the bead. Then found some letters on Etsy to spell out Courage, and voila! Custom pony bracelet:
I did not remember to take a photo before sending it off, so I'm stealing Aimee's. Sorry Aimee, stealing your photos is becoming a habit of mine apparently... I stuck it in a stocking with some candy cane themed goodies for garnish.
This gift exchange is so much fun! I'm so glad Tracy keeps hosting. I really love seeing what everyone picks out for each other. The personalized gifts are my favorite. Everyone does such a great job finding just the right things for their giftees. Great job everyone! And thank you again Britt!
