That's a rude awaking if ever I've had one! Which leads me to today's lesson/confession. What I learned last night is that Tory Burch boots are beautiful and relatively comfortable. They are not, however, good for sprinting from the barn to the house. I walked over to the barn around 9 to tuck the ponies in for the night. When I was ready to head back, I figured I would sprint back to the house since it was so ridiculously freezing cold. All was going well until I caught a toe. I supermanned myself flat out on the frozen, stone driveway. End result? Bruised pride and a lot of bandaids.
Total bummer. Clearly, I'm not meant to live in the tundra. Important to note, the gorgeous new boots came out unscathed.
Anything you need to confess today? Tell me all about it in the comments!
