Soooo... Today's confession is that I'm running not one but TWO 5k's this weekend. And I haven't run at all in three weeks. I had planned to run when I was in Nantucket over the weekend, but instead I went to power yoga which resulted in everything hurting and no clean clothes for running. I'm going to try and get up one morning this week and get a few miles in. But seriously, this a terrible plan on my part. I imagine these will be some personal worsts for me!
Have you ever done a road race (or some other athletic event) with zero preparation? How did it go? Will I survive this double header?! Please say yes.
